Martin made his first steps in programming on a Commodore C64 with the age of 12. Later on he studied applied computer science at the University of Augsburg with focus on software engineering.

From April 2011 to March 2014, Martin Burkhard worked as scientific assistant at the institute for software technology at the Bundeswehr University Munich. As a researcher, Martin was responsible for the technical coordination of the European AAL JP / BMBF project SI-Screen. In his research work he focuses on touch interaction recording on mobile devices an large interactive walls.
